CT150 car fuel injector tester, cleaner how to work:
1. Clean the outside of the injector with cleaning fluid before opening the machine. Put the injectors in an ultrasonic bath after the exterior of the injector is free of dirt. The cleaning liquid does not exceed the connection port of the impulse line.
2. Turn on the ultrasonic system allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particle buildup inside the injectors. After cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled.
3. Fixed injectors on the main machine, testing the injectors for resistance, short circuits and current consumption. The test liquid can be added to half of the glass tube.
4. Perform leak test, spray pattern and flow test on flow bench. The injectors are now returned to the flow bench to retest all functions.
